The Merry Hempsters Hot Hemp Muscle Rub has traditionally been used as a therapeutic rub for sore muscles, and for overexertion, inflamed joints, and congestion.

Instructions: Apply a liberal amount of Cool Hemp Muscle Rub to affected area. For external use only
Warnings: May cause an allergic reaction in some individuals with sensitive skin; test on small area before using. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. If condition worsens and persist for more than 7 days, discontinue use and consult a physician. Do not apply to open wounds. Do not use before or after bathing, or physical exertion. In case of accidental ingestion contact a physician immediately. Women should not use this during pregnancy.
